What a delightful, nutritious bar. I cannot believe how much I am going to look forward to having this tasty treat in the middle of my day...or whenever I need it. I was previously buying a bar sold in doctor offices only since it was the only one I could find that had high fiber, protein, gluten free etc. It was good, but this is great. Happy to replace those.
