Shipping Policy

We ship anywhere in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. All orders placed before 2pm EST will be shipped out the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will ship the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding all US postal holidays. Please see below for more information about our shipping rates and delivery times:

Free: FREE Ground Shipping on orders over $49 (Contiguous U.S. only, sub-total must exceed $49)
Ground: $4.99 for most orders, ships within 2-7 business days
Priority: $11.99 for most orders, ships within 2-4 business days
Express: $18.99 for most orders, ships within 1-2 business days

Store Pickup -

Don't want to pay for shipping? Try our Store Pickup service. Order online at SuperSup.com and have your items delivered to one of our stores free of shipping charges. It's fast, convenient, and best of all, it's free!

How does it work? You'll be prompted for the Store Pickup option at the time of checkout (assuming your shipping address is near one of our stores, of course). Once your order has been delivered to your desired pick-up location, you'll be notified by phone or email that your package is ready. Please allow 3-4 days after placing your order to be contacted by the pickup location. Start your online shopping now!

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the tracking numbers necessary to locate and track the status of your order in transit.

Canadian Shipping
