These shakes are not too bad. I'm unsure about using them along with the diet, though....no mention of the shakes in the diet plan that comes with the drops.

These shakes have made the HCG diet much easier for me. During my first 6 weeks on the diet I was carrying bite-sized meat, vegetables, fruit & water with me every time I left my house. Since I discovered these drinks, I now just fill my little plastic mixer-bottle with 8oz water along with a shake packet I take straight from the box. When I need some food, I add the packet to the bottle, shake it a few times & I have a delicious chocolate shake that keeps my body going between 3 1/2 - 4 hours. The bottle I use has a no-drip spout & a little metal whisk inside that makes mixing this shake a breeze.
My first taste of this drink made me concerned that it was too sweet & not a strong enough chocolate flavor, but the taste has grown on me & now I consider it my treat for the day. I have severe hypo-glycemic/hyper-insulism symptoms that I have kept in better control by this high protein drink (25 gr. protein, 110 cal, 0 fat).
The price of this product at any store besides Super Supplements is prohibitive but SS keeps the price just reasonable enough to allow myself one shake everyday. My daughter has a 4 hour late night college class that she says is now easier since she has started drinking these shakes just before each class begins.
NOTE: Mixing this drink is nearly impossible - even when using my blender & processor - but is super easy when using the 'mixer bottle' I bought at SS. Clean up is easy, just fill with soap & warm water and Shake a couple times - it's clean!
