I usually get this and the chocolate flavored kinds and would rather get the natural ones vs. the regular ones due to the natural ingredients. Low in carbs and has a good amount of protein for my use. I usually mix this with half organic milk and almond milk and a banana to get a nice flavored drink. Although the taste is good, you do get a little tired of it halfway through the 5 lb tub since it's a bit sweeter than the chocolate; I prefer the chocolate one and can go through the 5 lb tub without any loss in taste. Still recommended!
