I love this stuff! My wife and I have been drinking it now for two years. They taste really good, like a healthy and refreshing chocolate milk (but better). It's a great, healthy drink/snack when on the go, in a pinch, or while traveling. I can't find any product yet that matches the nutritional profile and the taste!

Not for everyone

This product mixes well in water and milk and the taste isn't that bad. However, it doesn't agree with my stomach though. I am assuming it has to do with the addition of the probiotics. After my first use, my stomach began to cramp and became upset. Just to make sure that it wasn't from something I ate, I tried it again following my workout only to end up with the same affects. After my third attempt, I have not used it since. The price is very economical but I will spend the extra bucks and go back to Syntha 6 on my next order.
