This is the best. Goodbye tampons and pads. Goodbye embarrassing odors. Goodbye leaks.

If you are comfortable touching your body, this really is the only way to go. It can be left alone for up to 12 hours. You can sleep with it and not worry about leaking on your clothes or sheets. Yes it is a bit messy when you need to remove and empty it but the benefits far outweigh this.

Recently I was without mine and used a tampon. Leaked everywhere. Tried Instead Softcups. Leaked everywhere. Two pair of panties destroyed before I was finally able to get to a brick and mortar Super Sup to purchase a new one.

There is a slight learning curve with this item and I suggest you wear a pad the first few times until you are sure of the proper insertion and placement. I always check and make sure the cup is expanded fully. No puckers, as puckers = leaks. To remove you have to break the seal (the cup has small holes at the ring end to create a vacuum over the uterus). This requires you to insert your fingers to get close to the ring and squeeze it a little. There are some great websites on menstrual cups and they can be very helpful when you are just starting to use this type of item.
