I've been taking this product faithfully, as recommended for three months and have not seen any results. Also started getting side effects, bloating and dizziness, so have stopped using it. I was so hoping I would get some results but have not seen any changes so quit using it last week. Also planning on returning the last bottle I just purchased. Overall a waste of money and effort for me. Would not recommend it.

I've been taking this product for two months, but had to stop last week due to side effects: dizziness and bloating. Plus have not seen any results. So for me it was a waste of money and am returning the last bottle I just purchased. I was so hoping I would get good results from using it so am very disappointed. A waste of my money and time.

I've been taking this product for one month. Haven't seen any results yet but plan on taking for another month or so. No side effects which is great because I usually experience some with any medication I take.
