I love this stuff! My wife and I have been drinking it now for two years. They taste really good, like a healthy and refreshing chocolate milk (but better). It's a great, healthy drink/snack when on the go, in a pinch, or while traveling. I can't find any product yet that matches the nutritional profile and the taste!

Ok if Microwaved

I've tried all of the Quest Bar flavors, and though this one is a bit plain compared to the others, I also found it tasted the best---IF microwaved. When microwaved, the bar will soften up and the almond flavor comes out. You have to eat it quickly though, as it returns to its very tough, chewy texture once cool.

All in all, good if you're looking for a high protein, high fiber bar that tastes OK. Prepare to chew a lot!
