In searching for something to help supplement protein, probiotics, vitamins,etc without soy, dairy, chemicals, and vegetarian, I decided to try Jordan Rubin's Raw Meal. I've used other 'green' foods and found them difficult to swallow - if the product isn't palatable, I simply can do it. The organic cacao makes this green product do-able. My low energy level comes up in a natural, smooth way, my mind isn't fuzzy and most of all I find I have sustainable energy throughout the day and into the evening. I also find this product supports much of my system - I am less likely to feel stress, my food is more easily digested and a number of other things. I have found that if I drink this mid-day or early afternoon I have difficulting getting to sleep because my mind and body are still feeling the energy. I don't like ordering online, however, in order to get the chocolate Raw Meal had to as it has been in short supply in the local Super Supplement store.
