I take this prenatal because it has the bioavailable form of folic acid in it-folate. A lot of women cannot process the folic acid that is in most prenatals (and processed foods), so it is necessary to find a vitamin that has the coenzyme or bioavailable form of it. Folic acid is a prodcued product, folate is already broken down and ready for your body to use. I have MTHFR, which means that I cannot process folic acid and it causes pregnancy related complications. If you have MTHFR, do your research and check out this brand. It is one of the best that I've researched because it is also Corn Free, Free of Artificial Flavors, Milk Free, Preservative Free, Salt Free, Soy Free, Sugar Free, Wheat Free, and Yeast Free. That way, you're sure you're not putting more problematic things in your body.
It also has a lot of probiotics, antioxidants, and raw food product added to provide additional nutrition and digestive help.
The only thing I don't like is that the serving size is 4 capsules. It's do-able, but I had to get used to taking 4 pills just to get my vitamins in.
