I love this stuff! My wife and I have been drinking it now for two years. They taste really good, like a healthy and refreshing chocolate milk (but better). It's a great, healthy drink/snack when on the go, in a pinch, or while traveling. I can't find any product yet that matches the nutritional profile and the taste!

I just started taking it, but I'm very pleased. The claim that you can take it on an empty stomach is true. Always in the past, even when I took a good quality multivitamin and mineral with food, I still had a brief period of stomach upset. With the Every Woman's One Daily, I have had zero stomach upset. Not even a twinge! And it's nice to only have to take one, rather than 2 or 3 a day to obtain all the benefit.
I give it a 4 rather than a 5 only because I am waiting to see how I feel over time in terms of energy, stamina and cold/flu resistance.
