My 45 yr old body seems to crave it. My 9 yr old likes it after sports it seems to taste tasty enough without being to sweet! We just keep buying trying new flavors. :)

Easy and Portable

Just got this and have been using it with my workouts, I did notice I would get a bit of an energy boost which is great!
I have not tried all the flavors yet, so far I like the Tri-Berry and Lemon-Lime. Since I have recently cut most of the sugar out of my diet, I found that 1 tablet to 16oz of water to be almost too sweet, so I use 20oz H2O to 1 tab.
I would buy this product again and again. I prefer it over other electrolyte drinks.
