Not going to give some exagerated review. I tried prevegen for 30 days and did not notice a difference. My sister who recomended it to me said it worked for her but it takes 3 months. So I gave it another shot, tried it for three months and I did notice that I used to walk into a room and forget what I was there for and walk back out. After taking the prevengen for two months I stopped doing that and only once in a great while I would walk into a room forget what i was there for, then a second later it would come to mind. I have noticed other changes also. So in my opinion the product is worth buying especially since I'm 44yrs. I also take a fish oil supplement (Ascenta Nutrasea) maybe that also contributes.

Great Product, High Cost

Dealing with the 'teflon brain" of pre-menopause, I took this for several months and DID notice a great improvement in memory and alertness. I am experimenting now with other products, trying for something more cost effective and having some luck, but may go back to Prevagen. If you want something that works, I found that it only took a couple weeks to notice a marked difference.

Testing This Product

I have done some research on the internet concerning prevegen also heard about this from Duke and the Doctor (podcast). But what convinced me to try it was the testimony of my sister (47yrs) who said she did not notice any change herself but her daughter noticed a change in her and was amazed that she was remembering lists of things to do where she would otherwise forget unless she wrote it down on her to do list. Keep in mind that it takes three months to take affect and as of this review I am only on my first month. So my rating is based on what I have read and heard.

I've been taking prevagen for a while (1-2 years)
and I notice a difference when I run out. That's why that happened only once! I have fibromyalgia and
brain fog is real. With prevagen, that miserable symptom has greatly decreased. Yes, prevagen
seems to do all that it claims.
