I am 53 years old and a competive cyclist after the 1 st week I noticed I had more energy felt better longer on the bike I did the same work outs 2 weeks before I started and 2 weeks after There was a improvement in time + speed over a 30 mile ride and I felt better the day after no stiff or sore muscles so recovery has improved thats the biggest thing for me is recovery

I'm trying this product after hearing good things from a friend. Like anything else one needs to stick with it and be positive about the results. I like having an edge and will report back on results after a month or so of use.

This stuff is long on hype, short on substance. Seriously, it gives you about as much "drive" as aspirin. I'm embarassed to have been stupid enough to buy it.
