I love this stuff! My wife and I have been drinking it now for two years. They taste really good, like a healthy and refreshing chocolate milk (but better). It's a great, healthy drink/snack when on the go, in a pinch, or while traveling. I can't find any product yet that matches the nutritional profile and the taste!

It's best to take this 3 x a day and I use a calcium supplement to go with it; pretty important because it does not contain enough. It doesn't hurt my sensitive stomach even if I don't take it with food. It doesn't cause constipation for me. It helps me mentally and physically, works very well. It's more than enough!!
