Best Vegan Protein

My husband and I have been drinking this for 3 1/2 years now and have searched long and hard for a non plant tasting vegan protein. This is the only one that we have found. It tastes great, the only thing is that it has psyllium husks in it, so it does thicken upon sitting. So using it with rice milk is nice cause rice milk is so thin.

I've been using this product for years. I've never eaten breakfast as the typical morning foods really don't appeal to me at all. Instead I make a 16 oz. protein shake with frozen bananas, ice cubes, all natural peanut butter, fat free chocolate milk, flax seed oil, and chocolate Spiru-tein. It's like starting the day off with dessert and I find it's filling enough to last the whole day. Then one balanced meal at night and I'm done. I find that I can eat as much as I want and whatever I like for dinner and still stay trim.
