I add this to non-fat milk and it makes it taste more like whole milk. I use it to keep my protein levels up as I donate plasma twice a week and at 60 years of age it would not be possible without this product.

Best Protein Powder Around

If there's a better protein powder than this, I haven't found it. Love the high protein to low calories ratio, and the fact that the longer you let it blend the creamier it gets. Minimal ingredients also, the less the better for me, can't stand all those additives. It's a high quality protein for a reasonable price (and believe me, I've shopped around on this one and Super Sups has the BEST price!)
