These Zyflamend softgels are the best aid I have found to control joint inflamation. I take one in the morning with breakfast and one at bedtime and I have no more achy knees, ankles or hands. I am 76 years old, but with this product I don't feel old. I don't want to be without them.

Great Product that Works if You Follow the Directions.

The arthritis in my knees got to the point where going up stairs was very hard. and very painful to either sit or get up from a chair. If people follow directions on the enclosed guide for usage they will see results. I noticed a change at 3 weeks. My knees are now free from pain, I can run, Kangoo jump, go up and down stairs
pain free,,,however, if I run out and forget to order this product I can definitely feel the pain start to return. I'm 64 years old, take no pain killers, just this
product and I will not be with out it.
