Started this July 1 and love it! I am eating smaller portions and do not have wild cravings for junk food or between meal snacks. I've lost 10 lbs. and the size 12 pants that were too tight in June now fit.
I didn't give it a perfect five stars because it does cause a lot of gas, but I would recommend it.

Feeling Full and Losing Weight!

My daughter, (a Super Supplement's employee) recommended this product to me. I have tried to lose weight for years without success. This product has allowed me to lose successfully without constant hunger pains that contribute to failure. I will be halfway through a meal and realize that I can't finish and don't feel like eating more. I have had to "portion down" so I don't waste food. In addition, the Kathy Smith workout is one of the best I've ever done--works every muscle.

I took my 1st PGX pill this morning around 5:30 am with 2 full glasses of water my breakfast consisted of a banana and a bowl of oatmeal. so far so good. I usually eat every 3hours and i'm eating clean i ate yogurt at 9;30 am and will be eating lunch at 12. I feel content from the 1st pill. Im not extremely full feeling BUT im not hungry either. I do bootcamp 3x a week and zumba 2x a week so i am active and i eat clean so this suppliment was purchased to help control my appetite and allow me not to overeat as that is a big thing for me. when i stress i eat. i will check back in in a week to discuss my 1st week on the suppliment!

A really expensive fiber. I would choose a different fiber sup. It works but there are cheaper options with the same effects.

I was recommend PGX Daily as well as Irwin Naturals Green Tea Fat Metabolizer from my Nutritionist and love them both. Together, they are helping me boost my metabolism while reducing my almost constant food cravings. All I needed was 2 tablets of PGX before my meals to satisfy my needs.
