This product really works, after getting my digestive system in order I am able to sustain this by taking just one capsule per day. Will never take a different product now that I have experienced what it is to feel healthy.

I have tried various probiotic brands and this one is by far the best! I take 2-3 a day, usually an hour before each meal. When I didn't take these probiotics I would get severe inflammation in my stomach after eating. No more! My digestive system went from a frown face to a smiley face :)

This product has been very important to my health. You truly do not know how bad you were feeling to you start to feel good, this products works and is beneficial to the body whole. A little pricey-but you get what you pay for in this case.

After losing all my good bacteria at the age of 15 from a bad allergic reaction, taking probiotics is a must for me. But after a year+ of not feeling back to normal I switched to Dr. Ohhira's Probiotics and after a month and a half I feel like a million bucks! Being a runner I have noticed the difference and wow my stomach doesn't feel like crap when i run anymore. This probiotic is a little bit more pricy but its worth it!
