I took the product for extra energy, for which it has definitely helped. A extraordinary side benefit has been no colds or viruses since I've been taking it (aprox one year). Now I just need to get my schoolteacher wife on it to help her energy levels & to fight off those miserable colds & viruses that she currently has & gets 2-3 times per year.

I have been drinking this for 3 months now and love it. All of the nutritional values it has it in. Its been a life savor! I am actually eating again in the morning. Works great with my soy/coconut Keifer. Love that I can get it cheaper then in local store, and the free shipping is Great!! Thanks so much Super supplements, you are awesome!
