Well, today I feel great!! The Probiotics are working wonders! I take three a day, along with Super sup's Essential Enzymes prior to each meal. These products when taken religiously will change your life!!

Potent Little Buggers!

The first day I took the recommended 3 capsules. That evening I began to have an abnormal amount of bloat and gas and somewhat of a stomach upset with a feeling of constipation. The following day - I thought I'd back off to 2 caps. After a late lunch (and after taking the 2nd cap) my stomach began to distend, more gas and pain. I began to feel slightly nauseous. Then the gas turned to flatulence... then a very foul smelling gas. It is very unlike me to have any kind of foul gas- then slight pain. This proceeded for about a few hours. THEN...the diarrhea started. I lived in the bathroom for about an hour or more. Then again! It seems my breakfast and lunch were history at 11pm. Wow- These are very potent little buggers! I suffer from chronic severe constipation- Daily! I've taken laxatives for years and it has ruined my gut flora- and from this, I suffer anemia, migraines, nutrition imbalance and malabsorption. This is why I needed to try a strong probiotic....NONE have ever worked for me prior! I can tell this raw heavy duty strain may be what I need. I understand the digestive will take time to adjust to the change. I will keep at 2 a day and I will write another review as to update after another few days. If all is better I will increase to 3 caps. I have tried everything .....I pray this works!
