I'm really happy with this product. I have read so much about glucosamine but have never personally felt the benefits. Flexnow started working for me noticeably after about 3-weeks. The pain and infalmation in my joints is reduced substantially. I am active again.

I agree with the first review on the effectiveness of this product. I also had chronic knee pain, specifically tendinitis below the knee cap, for over 2 years. My doctor said that reduced activity, ice and rest were the cure. Being very active in sports throughout the year, months of inactivity was not an option. I had to bear with the pain on a daily basis. I picked up FlexNow, used it for a month and experienced dramatic improvement in flexibility and reduced pain under my knee. This even after playing soccer weekly and working out several times a week. After I stopped taking it (used it up), the pain and lack of flexibility after physical activity lingered longer. I picked up more FlexNow and felt immediate relief after about 2 weeks of taking it. Pain relief and flexibility are important factors in being able to strength train and do rehab exercises to get you out of this type of knee pain cycle.

This product really works. I've had a swollen knee off and on to various degrees for almost two years. I was told surgery was the only option. I started taking this product as a last ditch effort and it has worked! After a little over a month with this product and I have the best flexibility my knee has seen in a very long time.
