Healthy and easily digested

I started using this product after a bad case of gastritis/GERD. Battling nausea and lack of appetite, I started using this product in order to maintain some normalcy in my diet. I mix it with carrot juice, apple juice, almond milk, coconut water, banana, mango, blueberries, ginger root, and a splash of kefir. I also add a scoop of probiotic greens powder. Just keeping something light and easily digested in my stomach helped me immensely! I am now sharing my super drink with a 93 year old friend...She loves her 'shake'!

Good Product

I have been using this for 3 months in my morning shake. I add vanilla and cinimmon to it for better flavor. I have tried a lot of different proteins and this one and pumpkin seed are my favorites.

The product may be alright but the packaging is NOT

When this shipment arrived the top on the
RAW FIBER container was loose as was the
cardboard security seal.
It was a mess!

High Quality Vegan Protein

I'm very excited to have found this product. It's not always available and is more expensive at Wholefoods than online. It tastes good and I feel that the people who created it really care. We have been vegetarians for years and are now mostly raw foodists, so rice and beans are no longer an everyday option since we're trying not to eat cooked food. This product meets our expectations.
