I have Parkinson's, drinking this is suppose to help your body increase its Glutathione levels. Glutathione is the strongest antioxidant there is! Plus this stuff is from Canada, which doesn't allow their cows to be injected with bovine growth hormones and it contains no sugar! I add stevia. I do believe it helps me with my tremors.

it's hard to find un-denatured whey protein, and it's also hard to find plain whey protein without any sweeteners. Beware those that claim "no artificial sweeteners," check the ingredient list, because they often contain the "natural" sweetener stevia. I love the subtle naturally sweet taste of whey; with the added sweeteners it's just way to cloying. jSo I'm very happy with this product.
