I love this stuff! My wife and I have been drinking it now for two years. They taste really good, like a healthy and refreshing chocolate milk (but better). It's a great, healthy drink/snack when on the go, in a pinch, or while traveling. I can't find any product yet that matches the nutritional profile and the taste!

I have been on Esterone for a week and the hot flahes arent as bad and less frequent... they are now tolerable where before they werent. So I will see how its does the longer I use it. I dont want to go on hormones so this was the big reason for me to try this... but as of right now it is bringing relief to my hot flashes.. I have no other symptoms at this time, so this is so much better than before I started... I am happy with this product.
