Product Works as Described and Reducs Cravings!

I tried this with a healthy amount of skepticism. I have tried other meal replacements and did not find them effective or palatable. For me, Almased has almost eliminated my cravings for carbs and sweets and has kept me feeling full and satisfied. I have never, ever experienced this with other products and I have tried many over the past 15+ years! I am good with the taste (I add water, a dash of vanilla ad cinnamon) and do not find the texture bad at all (Whey based mixtures are much more gritty). I will continue to use 3 times a day for 2-3 more weeks and then likely use once a day going forward.

It's Working

I tried the product for 3 weeks. It's a really good boost to start losing weight. I lost around 2kg, However after 3 weeks I got bored with the same taste, and I switch to just fasting for dinner every other day. When I am on the go I still take Almased with me. My husband use it to fill out his stomach before he leaves work, so by the time he gets home he is not super hungry so he eats a light salad and he is good for the rest of the day.

I have been on Almased for a week and have lost 13 lbs my first week it is wonderful. I mix it with cinnamon and bottled and shake it up. use only four tbl spoon and drink it six times a day. I am a diabetic Type 2 on insulin and have had no problems my blood sugars are way down, I would suggest this for anyone wanting to lose serious weight. And it taste great!
