I use with Chia seeds1Tbs & Flax seeds1Tbs. blended with fresh or frozen fruits . Trying to change to a more raw diet , wanted low sugar and some vitamins . its great I lost 15lb. so far

I use with chia seeds 1Tbs. and flax seeds 1Tbs. blended with fresh or frozen fruit . Its great as a meal replacement, trying to change what I eat , more raw and needed something with vitamins and little sugar . this is Great ! Lost 15lb.and lots of inches so far .

My husband and I use this and the other three flavours in our daily diet. We enjoy them all. The vanilla is his fave and the mocha is mine.

I love this product. I wasn't crazy about the flavor or the thickness at first but I found ways to make it enjoyable. It makes a big difference when you mix it in a blender as its smoother and fluffier. I like to enhance it with 1/2 cup of strawberries and/or 1/2 a bananna. It makes for a delicious satisfying smoothie and tastes store bought. The trick to this product is to drink it quickly as it will thicken if you let it sit. I've been using this product for over a year and was able to lose 30 lbs.

I agree with the other reviewer. The Vanilla tastes horrible! I have been using another brand of vanilla flavored weight loss powder, and I really enjoy the taste of that one. It does fill me up, but I don't know if I will be able to get through this tub.

I don't know who decided this tastes like vanilla...I'm glad I tried the chocolate first or I would have never bought this product again. The chocolate is great, and works wonders. I have a snacking problem and a sweet tooth. This keeps me full for a long time! Other then the flavor of the french vanilla, its a great product.
