I had a desk job. Combined that with fast food for lunch i gained a lot of weight. I started using this for lunch, sometimes breakfast, and within 2 months i had lost 22 pounds. I didn't change anything else about my life. I worked 40+ hours a week and have children that keep me busy so i don't have time to go to the gym or really work out. I highly recommend this product to any of my friends that are looking to lose a little bit of weight.

I make SlimStyles half meals as inbetween meal snacks (125 calorie snack). Because this is formulated for low glycemic, high fiber carb-fat-protein balance, this snack really helps me keep away from higher calorie snacking.

Nice to be able to mix it with water rather than other products that need juice. Great taste and I also mix it 50/50 with the Strawberry Slim Styles for another great flavor.
