My holistic doctor recommended stocking a box of this packaged vitamin/mineral/herb powder to be used when i felt the onset of ill symptoms begin. This was 4 years ago and I have faithfully taken 1-2 packs 3 times a day when i begin to feel flu-like symptoms come on. So far, this boosted my immune system to fight off the illness and i have not been sick in 4 years. This packet contains different ingredients than the other various vitamin packs it is usually shelved with. It does not compare to E-mergen -C as that is just a few vitamins in high doses. Try it out, preventative is key ! Thanks Ola Loa for the option and they taste good too!

I hate taking pills, especially vitamin pills that taste like fish oil! Yuck! These are perfect and taste great!! Thanks ola loa!!
