Been drinking at night before I go to bed for about

3 months. Seems to help me have a better nights

sleep. I drink it with warm water like tea.

I was recently prescribed lisinopril/HCTZ for high blood pressure. My reading was 160/100. I started the Lisinopril and developed some side affects.
1. The lisinopril cough
2. GI issues. I would be so hungry that I thought I would die. Take 4 bites of food and be uncomfortably full for hours.
After some research online I decided to try this product. I had been on lisinopril combo for about 2 weeks and it hadnt touched my high b/p. I was on this product 2 days and saw my b/p dropping to
normal. My b/p is normal now. Not taking the lisinopril anymore. I stopped the lisinopril when I started Natural Calm. I dont take this product daily and my b/p is still normal.
Ive also noticed no more migraines!
I am a 31 yr old female and I did not change any other habits to see if this would actually work. I highly recommend Natural Calm.
