When I began taking CC3, I started with 8 per day and balanced that with magnesium. My aches and pains left! I found I could run up and down stairs and move more freely than I had in years. I could get up off the floor easily whereas I used to struggle to get up. I'm only 59 years old but I moved like someone much older until I started on CC3. I will not ever be without CC3 again. BTW - I'm down to 3 per day now with the same fantastic results.

Been using these minerals for over 2 years and they work great. I can tell the difference if I miss a day or two.

We can tell the difference in a short period of time. When I have a "Charlie Horse", I take the coral complex 3 and the symptoms go away quickly.
