The first day I took this product, the pain in my hips was eased. I take it twice a day as recommended, (a bottle goes a long way) and have no pain at all!

Has been one of the most beneficial and easy to use supplements. It has resolved so much joint pain for myself and others. I would highly recommend it to anyone to at least give it a trial. I don't hear or feel the grind anymore and the side effect of healthier skin isn't a bad one at all!

My fingernails were thin and broke easily and now
I'm growing strong nails. My hair was thinning
and it has gotten much thicker. I'm sold on this.
