I started taking this product in 1983 because I am very allergic. I f I had a cold I increased the dose and worked very well.My sons were little and they used to have 2 or 3 colds a year. I gave it to them and in one year they did not have even one cold. I recomend this product to people with allergies.

It was prescribed to me by a MD allergist who treats his patients with supplements and medication. I am very allergic to many things: foods chemicals and so for. My two sons used to have several colds a year. When it was prescribed to me I gave it to them and in a year they did not have a cold.Because everything affects my emotions when I have a cold I can not take anything for it, so for three days I take 10 capsules a day with 4 capsules of beta carotene and it helps me; not as much as when I began taking it, because I am 29 years older (I am 74) and my whole body has deteriorated a lot.
