I love this stuff! My wife and I have been drinking it now for two years. They taste really good, like a healthy and refreshing chocolate milk (but better). It's a great, healthy drink/snack when on the go, in a pinch, or while traveling. I can't find any product yet that matches the nutritional profile and the taste!

Tastes terrible

I don't eat before working out and I need to take BCAAs so this product did not work for me because I couldn't mix it with anything to make it taste better. I also felt sick the two days that I took it.

I opted for another product called Reload (watermelon flavor) which is sweetened with stevia and xylitol. (look out because the other flavors have sucralose/splenda in them). Reload also has L-Glutamine.
