After getting the variety pack, I thought I would like this the least. It turned out to be my favorite. Sweeter that some of the others.

I have used Spirutein for years and thought this would be normal. It was overly sweet and had a bad taste. i threw it away. I have had the banana and the strawberry alone and enjoyed both.

The rest of the order was fine and items that i have purchased many times before.

I was recently introduced to protein shakes and I didn't want something that taste like water and flour. The rep. at the vitamin store said this was a great one to start on for first timers. She was right, and I personally recommend this brand and flavor to any one with doubts.
