I love this stuff! My wife and I have been drinking it now for two years. They taste really good, like a healthy and refreshing chocolate milk (but better). It's a great, healthy drink/snack when on the go, in a pinch, or while traveling. I can't find any product yet that matches the nutritional profile and the taste!

Solaray makes some good products. Wish they had made this in the racemic form. Some of you already know what this means, but for the benefit of readers who don't, an organic molecule can be present in a 'right-handed' or left-handed' form. The human body has a preference for one form vs. the other. The racemic form or more refined form of Lipoic acid is stated to be more biologically active. "Alpha" lipoic acid contains both mirror images of the lipoic acid molecule, and hence is not as potent. Oh, well.... some is better than none.
