This Jarrow IBSEN has a wonderful anti-bloating agent/probiotic in it. I use it every day and it helps with digestive regularity.

i've been using this product for over a year and love it. i store it in the fridge, but it's great that it doesn't have to be - particularly when i'm traveling. 10 billion cultures is hard to find in an affordable probiotic. particularly one that is gluten and dairy free. this one fits the bill.
