I love this stuff! My wife and I have been drinking it now for two years. They taste really good, like a healthy and refreshing chocolate milk (but better). It's a great, healthy drink/snack when on the go, in a pinch, or while traveling. I can't find any product yet that matches the nutritional profile and the taste!

Too Soon To Tell?

I heard about this on Dr. Oz. One of the women that had taken it a few days had lost 3 lbs, the other 5 lbs. Although the dose recommended by Dr. Oz is significantly greater than what is recommended on the bottle, I have taken it religiously for 10 days. During the first 2 days I lost a lot of water! But this past week, I haven't noticed any changes in my clothing fitting differently. I am only 5'-1". Loosing 5 lbs has always been noticeable! I have no reason to think the loss wouldn't appear in my face, but nothing. I will continue to take as recommended (100mg 2x daily) for another week or two.
