I love this stuff! My wife and I have been drinking it now for two years. They taste really good, like a healthy and refreshing chocolate milk (but better). It's a great, healthy drink/snack when on the go, in a pinch, or while traveling. I can't find any product yet that matches the nutritional profile and the taste!

This really does help with the pain and stiffness from the out in my foot. Found this and live by it.

long story short, I had a gout attack on my big toe. After doing some research and looking up what natural remedies were available, I found Go-Out Plex to have everything in one easy bottle. I started it on a Friday, and by the following Monday the pain and swelling had been greatly reduce. This is a great option for those who suffer from the gout!

Having the beginnings of Gout....this product relieved the symptoms quickly and with the regular dose it helps to prevent further flare ups.
