LMP on HCG using MCT

I'm a Massage Therapist, on the HCG diet. I chose to use MCT as an alternative to other oils during Phase 2. Marvelous results and easy to use! The glide of this oil is slightly better than coconut oil and it's odorless, making this an ideal carrier for Aromatherapy blends as well.

I have used this for about a year for all my salad dressings and get great reviews from my guests on my dressing of MCT oil and raw vinegar. I also began mixing 16 oz of MCT with 12 oz melted coconut oil and take daily after reading all the literature on it (especially Dr. Mary Newport's book on alzheimers). No longer have callouses on bottoms of my feet!!! And a clear head all of the time!! Great for energy, etc. I can't say enough good about all of it and especially the mixed one. Thank you.

I love this product from NOW! It's great for making salad dressing and homemade mayo (mixed with melted, Expeller-pressed coconut oil). This oil is really, really good for you! I am now even using it for "oil pulling". I highly recommend this oil.
