I have been adding this to our coffee brewer for convenience and flavor and it has smoothed the taste of both. The side benefit is an increase in energy and a general feeling of well being, likely from the iodine and other trace minerals helping metabolism work more effectively.

We all have issues, mine (was!) chronic constipation. For years I suffered with meds, OTC products, even Senna, nothing worked for long - until Trace Minerals! I'll never be without it again.
It also helped with my COPD. Muscle tissue needs these minerals to function correctly and without them many conditions are worsened. An emergency room Dr. treated me with Magnesium for an acute asthma attack which led me to the discovery that this product can help the COPD problem as well.

I've used ConcenTrace Trace Minerals for over a decade. Like a lot of natural supplements, the effects are not like "popping a pill" - but I sure notice that my joints ache more if I haven't been taking ConcenTrace for a week or two.

We use distilled water and I've been looking for a
way to remineralize the water but to no avail. Then I
