I also have depression and I'm glad this alone works for some people but I need a prescription too. This definitely makes a big difference especially during pms time. I love the energy and mental clarity I get from this product also. I've given it to friends who battle with pms and also those who are a bit run down. they love it also. I use their super pep if I'm really tired that product also helps with mood but really gives me energy when I need it.

try this stuff before you jump into anything prescribed or more serious. Depression runs in my family and I have occassional bouts that I deal with. I've tried stronger prescription meds but this seems to work just as well. be proactive with it. It works.
