I love this stuff! My wife and I have been drinking it now for two years. They taste really good, like a healthy and refreshing chocolate milk (but better). It's a great, healthy drink/snack when on the go, in a pinch, or while traveling. I can't find any product yet that matches the nutritional profile and the taste!

I've had muscle pain and aches for years. Also, muscle cramps. If you ever had leg cramps you know how painful they are. I'd get them tying my shoes or sleeping in bed. My calf muscle would roll up behind my leg and created the worse pain in the world. I started a daily regimen with Now's recommendation labled on the bottle. 2 a day. And 2 weeks later, my leg cramping stopped. Muscle pained stopped. I slept better. I feel better. These minerals are great. It's something our bodies are made of. My 1 hour afternoon knaps are 20 minutes shorter and I feel better after awakened.
