I tried Arnicare arnica gel on my hands and knees as I have arthritis in both. I did notice immediately that it did give me some pain relief especially in my swollen hands and fingers. I have recommended it to three of my friends and they are faithful users of this inexpensive remedy. We all love that it doesn't have a funky smell and that it is non greasy. Once you rub the clear gel into the areas that are hurting it disappears into your skin. I love this stuff and have a tube in every room of my home! I even have a tube in my car... I just sent some to my friend who is a critical care nurse and she felt that it helped her hands, knees, and neck. It really works and is worth a try!

We use this to help our aches, pains, muscle, bruises and inflammation. I use a tiny daub under my eyes some mornings to remove the puffiness. I use across the bridge of my nose to open the airwaves of my sinuses, reducing swelling of the tissue and helping dry up stuffiness.
