Works but smells awful

As far as effectiveness goes, I give this 5 stars. My chin breaks out regularly, and after using this cream once it cleared up significantly. It also makes the rest of the skin on my face much smoother and softer without being oily.

The reason I knocked it down to 3 stars is the smell. Unfortunately, it contains patchouli oil, which I absolutely can't stand. I imagine they added it to cover up the smell of the neem oil, which is pretty stinky. However, it would have been nice if they'd used something like peppermint or citrus, or even ylang ylang, which they put in some of their other face lotions.

Very soothing, heals acne, significantly reduced breakouts! This stuff is awesome!
