I tend to be a person that likes to eat a lot of Carbs especially at night. I have found that taking this supplement at night has helped me regulate my blood sugar because I don't get the crash feeling afterwards. I have also maintained my weight despite not being as active so I do feel it is working.

This product mad me gain weight instead of lose it. I think you should try to make it more effective.
