I have started using this for the muscle aches in my hands. Just a few drops massaged on hands and fingers until absorbed, the warming sensation is immediate and long lasting! I use it every night, my aches are diminishing and my skin is looking fantastic. I highly recommend this for those nagging muscle aches!
