This is the only Healing Cream that has actually worked, and helped Pain in hands that kept me awake, and also 2 knees that were in pain.. When needed, I use it morning, and before bedtime, It has helped several friends that I told about it, One friend had severe shoulder pain, and her husband's hands were hurting and keeping him awake ( as did mine. ) It helped both of them. A home care giver had a thumb that was in severe pain. I shared some of this cream with her, and in 2 days her thumb had stopped hurtung. It has also helped severe aching in my right wrist ( I am right handed .) I am currently using it on my right index finger that has symptoms of Arthritis, with severe aching, burning,and swelling.it eases the pain, and helps me to be able to use the finger.I am typing with it right now. There have been times when I couldn't use it..
