I love this stuff! My wife and I have been drinking it now for two years. They taste really good, like a healthy and refreshing chocolate milk (but better). It's a great, healthy drink/snack when on the go, in a pinch, or while traveling. I can't find any product yet that matches the nutritional profile and the taste!

I have always had moderate cramping during menstruation, and when I got my copper IUD (Paraguard) it worsened quite a bit. I found this product and now use it for the first two days of my period and whenever I get sporadic cramps from my IUD. I do not think this is strong enough to use in place of a painkiller (although, it may be for those without an IUD, or with milder cramps). But it helps my cramps enough so I don't have to take Ibuprofen as often. It also is great before bed and helps relax my muscles and keeps me from waking up often to my cramps! Definitely worth a try.
